This is Business Continuity Week and is a great opportunity for you to prepare your staff, volunteers and vendors for all hazards. Consider adding business continuity tools and tips to your employee newsletter, web sites and external notices to vendors to alert them that your organization has pledged to be ready for emergencies.
In addition, you can use some of the on-line business continuity resources listed below to enhance your continuity plans and prepare your staff for all hazards.
Additionally, we can assist your organization in developing a business continuity plan. For more information on this contact William Turner, (610) 344-4450 or wturner@chesco.org.
